Online Only

We don't run a physical centre. That means every hour you pay for goes into teaching, not rent — and your child gets access to the best-matched tutor for their curriculum, wherever that tutor happens to live.

Benefit 1: Access to specialist tutors, not just local ones

The right tutor for the curriculum, not the closest one

A physical agency can only offer tutors who live nearby. Online, we can match your child with a tutor who specialises in exactly their subject and level

Benefit 2: No travel time, no wasted hours

Every session starts on time

No commute for the tutor, no driving your child across Hong Kong or Singapore after school. A one-hour lesson is a full hour of teaching — not 40 minutes after travel and settling in

Benefit 3: Easier to try, easier to adjust

Flexible format, fixed standards

Online makes it practical to add a session before an exam, switch from weekly to intensive during IA/EE season, or run a short exam-prep block — without renegotiating a physical arrangement. The format flexes around your child’s needs; the vetting and management standards don’t.

Benefit 4: Affordable rates

We believe specialist tuition should be within reach of ordinary families

We keep our rates within reach of ordinary families,  we carry no centre rent and no tutor travel costs — and those savings go into the hourly rate, not into overheads.

How Online Lessons Work

Every lesson is live, one-to-one (or small group), and built around your child’s curriculum. Here is exactly what to expect.

Platform

Zoom, Google meet or Microsoft Teams. One-page setup guide sent before the first lesson.

Session length

90 minutes minimum; 120 minutes for exam prep and IA/EE season.

What happens in a lesson

Tutor prepares in advance, based on your child's syllabus and agreed goals Live teaching — concepts explained, worked examples, guided practice Interactive whiteboard — both tutor and student can write and annotate Notes, worked solutions and homework shared after every session Progress logged; we review it weekly

What your child needs

A laptop or tablet with camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, a quiet space, and a notebook. We handle the rest — platform setup, materials and scheduling.

Time Zone

Scheduled around your child's local time, in every market we serve

Why Choose Us

Not "find a tutor for extra lessons" — "match an academic support plan"

Matched by curriculum track — no cross-system placement

IB’s IA/EE marking logic, A-Level exam board differences, AP’s MCQ/FRQ structure, IGCSE’s Core/Extended tiers — each system assesses differently. Our tutors are matched by system, not mixed across them.

We understand the whole picture before we recruit

Before sending a Tutor Recruitment Agreement, we understand your child fully: school, progress, target grades, weak areas, learning habits. This is the prerequisite for finding the right person

Tutors aren't just "experienced" — they're managed

Pre-engagement: background checks, cybersecurity training, child-specific First Aid training. During service: weekly progress sync with us.

Affordable Rates

We believe specialist tuition should be within reach of ordinary families and kept lower than centre-based agencies because we operate online — no centre rent, no tutor travel costs, no large package lock-in.

Our process helps us work with you to find the right tutor. Our aim is to develop a successful relationship and achieve your desired outcomes — whether your child is preparing for A-Level, IGCSE, AP, IB or OSSD assessments.

Enquiry

Complete the client enquiry form, outlining your situation and your child's curriculum.

Assessing the student

Following your enquiry, we will contact you for further understand of your options, answer any questions, and build a full picture of your child's school, progress, target grades, weak areas and learning preferences.

Understanding the whole picture is the most important part of the process — it is what allows us to find the right person for you. Once you have confirmed everything is correct, we begin the recruitment.

Carry Out the recuitment

We use our database of tutors as well as advertising in relevant print and online media to search for candidates. After reviewing applications, we interview potential candidates to find the best possible match for the role and your child — with subject and curriculum expertise matched to A-Level, IGCSE, AP, IB or OSSD requirements, and with attention to your child's needs and learning preferences.

One-to-one tuition works best when there is a genuine rapport between student and tutor; that is what we are matching for, not just qualifications. Client confidentiality is maintained throughout.

Scheduling and ongoing management

Weekly one-hour sessions are standard and most common; longer sessions are available where needed, particularly around exams and IA/EE deadlines. Payment is handled through our online system. Throughout our tutor's time with you, we keep in regular contact to ensure everything is running smoothly. It is important to us that your children are receiving the education you are looking for. The tutor will also be in touch with us weekly to review your child's progress and future learning — tracking progress against the syllabus and assessment objectives.

Testimonials

"My child transferred from Mainland China to an international school in Hong Kong and couldn't keep up with IGCSE English-medium teaching. The tutor worked through the CIE 0580 Extended syllabus weekly — maths went from D to B in three months."
IGCSE parent, Hong Kong
"The tutor we were matched with was very experienced— four sessions and the research question and methodology were clear.
